Welcome to Kee. By using Kee, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

Your account
If you use Kee on behalf of a company or individual, you agree that you have obtained their authorization to act on their behalf and agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for anything that happens to your account, so please keep your login details and password safe and don’t share them with anyone. If you believe that your account has been hacked, please contact us immediately.
Your username
The username you have chosen cannot infringe on the rights of others.
Your username must suitable for all audiences and does not infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual property rights (such as copyrights and trademarks, “IP Rights”).
You cannot use the name of another person (such as a celebrity), brand or company, use an offensive or obscene username, or create an account with a username that you have no connection with just to profit from it in the future (known as “Domain Squatting”).
If any of these issues arise with your username, we’ll consider the situation reasonably and may request you to change it (we may reassign it to someone else). If you refuse, we may suspend or cancel your account.
Your content
“Content” refers to the text, graphics, videos, links, and any other materials you add to your Kee page. You are responsible for your content and guarantee that:
It is yours, or if you use third-party content, you have all the necessary rights to publish it on Kee;
Your content will not infringe on anyone else’s privacy, disclosure rights, intellectual property or other rights;
Your content will not be misleading or deceptive, intended or likely to mislead reasonable persons;
Your content will not cause any of us to violate any law or legal obligation, or discredit or damage our reputation;
Due to laws and regulations that vary by country/region, we may prohibit content that may be legal in certain countries/regions and take any action we deem necessary, including deleting content or restricting access to content.
When you publish content on your page, you authorize us to use your username, nickname, avatar, resume, content, and any other public information for marketing on the platform and all media. This license is global, royalty-free, and permanent, which means we can use your content anywhere in the world without paying you any fees.
You will reserve all rights to your content. But please remember that your content will be publicly accessible and may be used and re shared by others on the internet. Please don’t share personal information that you don’t want the world to see.
We don’t need to monitor the accuracy, reliability, or legality of your content, but we may choose to do so. We may modify, delete, or restrict access to the content at any time in accordance with these Terms.
Your plan
You can signup to Kee on a free plan or a paid plan and cancel at any time.
Your plan will start when you accept these Terms and continue until you cancel. If you cancel a paid plan, it will usually lasts until the end of your current billing cycle and then automatically converted to a free plan.
Our fees
If you choose a paid plan, you must pay the subscription fee upon expiration. Unless otherwise specified, fees are in USD.
All subscription fees will be billed in advance periodically based on the billing cycle you choose (monthly or annually). Your paid plan will cycle renew at the end of your billing cycle based on these Terms (updated at the time of renewal), unless you’ve cancelled your plan.
We may change our subscription or transaction fees, but we’ll always notify you in advance (our goal is at least 1 month in advance). If you don’t agree to the revised fee, you can cancel your plan before the start of the next billing cycle.
Privacy & data
We care about the privacy of our users, our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
Changes
Kee continuously evolves and improves. We may change the platform or these Terms from time to time.
If you continue to use this platform after any changes occur to these Terms, it will be deemed that you accept the revised Terms. If you don’t agree to the changes, we’ll require you to stop using Kee and cancel your account.
